Brian leads Prosperity's Collateral Management group, and his team is responsible for tasks ranging from establishing appraisal and condo policies to overseeing appraisal vendor management, quality control and review. Under his leadership, Prosperity has built a customer-centric, purchase-focused collateral process that ranks as an industry standard in both quality and efficiency.
Kim Kurkowski has been working exclusively in the financial services industry for 30 plus years with a focus on sales, marketing, and leadership. She currently leads the Northeast and Midwest United States Division, where she oversees sales production with the goal of earning market share by focusing on excellence in customer service and building team relationships.
